Stuart worked for my wife and I after first renovating my father in law's house in Llanelli. The work on that house became very significant, as the more that work progressed the more need for building work was revealed. At completion of works the whole of the rear of the house, which had become unsafe, was demolished and rebuilt to building regulations and to a high standard. All wiring was replaced, all heating and plumbing, and most interior was re-plastered and the outside rendered. As a result of this work, Stuart was engaged by us again, this time to undertake substantial renovation and structural alteration to our own home.This included complete first floor removal and renewal in one half of the house, installation of RSJ and a spiral staircase, re-plumbing and the installation of two new bathrooms and changes to central heating system, and rewiring. The latter were both subcontracted by Stuart, who oversaw the works. Ceilings were replaced and walls re-plastered. A chimney was demolished and rebuilt, and some landscaping works were carried out. Work, subject to weather, was completed well and on time. Stuart arranged for all certificates and building regulations inspections, and all work was approved at inspection.I am pleased to recommend him to the website. Stuart took a pride in the work, and showed sensitivity in the restoration and improvements to our very old stone built house.
